Are you curious about the price of Sculptra volume fillers in Chicago, IL? We have the answers

At Aesthetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery in Chicago, IL, we believe everyone deserves to look and feel great. Through our comprehensive cosmetic dermatology solutions, we help our patients turn back the hands of time to look years younger. Dermal fillers have long been known to replace volume that is lost with age. Sculptra Aesthetic is a different type of dermal filler. Instead of providing immediate results, Sculptra is used over a series of sessions to gradually volumize the face. Because Sculptra produces results that are long-lasting, it makes the anti-aging treatment extremely cost-effective.

What is Sculptra?

As we age, we go through lipoatrophy, which is a loss of fat underneath the skin. This causes some of the most notable features of aging: hollow cheeks, sunken eyes, and facial indentations.

Sculptra is a facial sculpting agent that corrects this fat loss associated with aging. It’s made of poly-L-lactic acid, which is biocompatible and can be easily broken down by the body. When injected into the area of fat loss, Sculptra gradually increases skin thickness, which improves facial contours.

Sculptra vs. other dermal fillers

Sculptra is different from dermal fillers like Radiesse. These dermal fillers lift and fill to give immediate results. After the injection of Sculptra, you will experience a gradual thickening of the skin that continues for several months.

Sculptra Treatment

The total number of treatment sessions required varies by individual. Most patients will need at least three sessions scheduled every four weeks for the best results. For more severe problems three to six sessions may be recommended. Results from Sculptra can last up to two years.

How do I get started with Sculptra?

The first step is to schedule a consultation with Dr. Breadon and the team at Aesthetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery. During this appointment we can assess your concerns and determine if Sculptra is the right dermal filler for you.
